Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, you are considered a NO-SHOW 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
